How browser storage, website requests, external services and report drafts are handled.

Scope
This policy describes data handling on WOW Forever Guide. Browsing and using tools requires no site account; there is no player-account cloud database.
Saved in your browser
Depending on the feature, localStorage keeps language, reader size, page and map preferences, talent builds, adventure / gear goals, Legacy plans, library collection marks and cached game data. These records are not automatically synchronized to a site server or another device.
Local records remain until you clear them through a tool or browser settings, or the browser removes them. Private browsing and device settings may affect persistence. The site cannot recover deleted local records. Report drafts stay in the open page’s memory and are not written to localStorage or sessionStorage.
URLs, sharing and data requests
Your browser sends requests needed to open pages and retrieve data. Talent share links restore the class, level and allocation; share only builds you are willing to disclose. URL fragments after # are not sent in ordinary HTTP requests, but paths, query parameters and resource requests may still be processed by service providers. You choose who receives copied or exported data.
Cookies, analytics and external resources
The current site code adds no advertising tracking, Google Analytics, AdSense or non-essential tracking cookies. Pages Web Analytics was disabled when settings were reviewed. Player plans are not stored in sessionStorage. Third-party or security services may still use cookies. Future tracking requires an updated notice and consent where applicable.
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requests and other technical data for delivery, security and operation. Processing locations and retention depend on service settings and policies; no unverified duration is promised here. Loading external resources such as Wowhead / ZAM icons or tooltips also sends necessary connection information to those providers.
Reports and optional support
The report tool prepares entered text and visible content references; it does not automatically send reports, upload attachments or email anyone. Copies may contain your optional contact details, and talent reports include the displayed build. Do not enter passwords, full payment details or someone else’s personal data.
Ko-fi is an external link, with no embedded payment SDK or card-number collection on this site. Ko-fi / PayPal process support data under their policies and may share a display name, email, message and transaction information with the maintainer. This is not automatically imported into the website. Read third-party policies before paying. The website has no supporter marketing-list feature. Retention of provider and maintainer transaction records depends on service settings and applicable obligations; no fixed duration is stated here.
Your choices and contact
You may use the tools free of charge without providing contact details or supporting the site, and can clear local records in browser settings. This policy does not restrict access, correction, deletion or other rights under applicable law. A public site receiving channel is not yet configured. For data processed by Ko-fi / PayPal, their privacy-rights channels are also available.
